Good old Mike Kinsella and his former bands. My favorite of them is definitely American Football. Despite the short history of the band, with only a three year lifespan, they released a short EP and an full length album. You can check out some of their songs on their myspace. Kinsella had been in a number of bands, and is currently the mastermind behind Owen, which has become one of my favorite bands. Owen recently released a b sides ep entitled The Seaside EP and his next full length entitled New Leaves will be released September 22nd.
