A few albums looking good for this week's list of releases. As the summer winds down the releases are dwindling a bit, but I have managed to find three interesting enough albums you should pick up.
Jay-Z - The Blueprint 3
The most obvious of course is The Blueprint 3. Orginally the album was supposed to be released on friday September 11 to coincide with his Madison Square Garden benefit concert and the eighth anniversary of The Blueprint. Reasons for the advance are unknown but it could perhaps be due to the leak that hit the web last week. Either way it's sure to be a great album and most likely a chart topper.

Polar Bear Club - Chasing Hamburg
Despite having a ton of material, this will be only the second full length record from this indie post hardcore band on Bridge Nine. The band has been progressing quickly, the cult following that they have created over the past few years has only expanded, and I expect that trend to continue with this release.

Amy Millan - Masters of The Burial
Amy Millan of Stars will be releasing a solo album this week. Some nice indie-pop to fill your needs. I haven't heard much about this album but I have high hopes for it. I assume it won't be too far from the previous material she has released.
